Hello, I have a very small room with a full-size bed that can take two people. I have my personal belonging in the room but should be ok for a moderate decent people. Occupants should not be more than two. There is a very clean bathroom, functional dryer, washer, dish washer, internet facility. HDTV television is in the bedroom. The kitchen is equally modern with electric stove. Infact, the apt was 100% renovated when I moved in September 2008.
It is situate at West Virginia Ave NE in Washington DC and just a stone throw from the D8, D4 bus that will take you directly to Capitol - The venue of the inauguration.
The room will only be available between 16 and 21. I will accept prior booking and payment have to be made once booking is accepted. Interestingly, my fees is relatively low (100dollars per night). If you are interested, contact me by sms at 202-904-7806.
Note- I and other ocupants are deaf, so you should only book if you are comfortable with deaf people. Non smoker prefered. Your sexual orientation is immaterial.
I look forward to receiving you as my guest.
